Job Summary

Partner with leaders to deliver employee success programs for the UK & Ireland organization, acting as a trusted advisor on complex ES topics and helping managers resolve medium to complex issues. Lead ES projects end-to-end, track objectives and timelines, and use HR analytics to interpret trends in satisfaction, attrition, and turnover. Support digital transformation across ES operations, mentor team members, and apply employment policy knowledge including labor relations where applicable.

Key Responsibilities

•Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, ensuring people strategies support business needs.
•Partner with leadership to drive organizational effectiveness and a high-performance culture through transformation and change.
•Work directly with managers to resolve medium to complex issues, providing guidance, coaching, and support through ambiguous ES topics.
•Serve as a project lead for ES programs, tracking objectives, timelines, communication plans, and measuring success.
•Monitor and interpret employee satisfaction, attrition, and turnover trends using HR analytics tools to provide narratives and recommend ES activities.
