Receive and process customer requests for account openings and required documents, handle signatures and approvals, and warmly greet customers in-branch. Guide customers to complete transactions correctly via ATMs and digital channels, resolve issues in line with procedures, and manage requests such as ATM card services, chequebook orders, account updates/closures, and ongoing-account instructions.
