Drive new membership sales for Fitness First, meeting monthly sales goals through hands-on service and clear presentation of membership options. Deliver excellent customer service from onboarding through member retention, while supporting ongoing session delivery. Maintain strong product knowledge, follow sales processes (8 stages, sales ratios), complete required documentation and administrative tasks, and collaborate across departments to generate leads and support club operations.
