Key Requirements

  • •10+ years of editorial, copywriting, or brand-voice experience, ideally at Creative Director or Senior Editor level within an in-house brand team, agency, or publication known for editorial excellence.
  • •An exacting eye for language, with taste, rhythm, and judgment beyond grammar and style.
  • •Experience developing or maintaining brand voice guidelines at scale across global, multi-market brands.
  • •Direct experience working with or training AI/language models, including understanding how to give feedback that improves output.
  • •Comfort as both a hands-on editor and a systems thinker, with strong cross-functional collaboration (Engineering/Technology, Legal, Localization).
