Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead post-silicon bring-up, characterization, and validation of analog and mixed-signal power-management IP.
  • •Develop and execute characterization plans across voltage, frequency, temperature, and process conditions.
  • •Analyze silicon data and optimize voltage-frequency curves, voltage margins, power-gating sequences, and other IP operating parameters.

Key Requirements

  • •Experience with post-silicon bring-up, characterization, and validation of analog or mixed-signal power IP.
  • •Understanding of voltage regulators, power-gating controllers, system-monitoring sensors, voltage-frequency curves, and power-distribution networks.
  • •Experience using oscilloscopes, power analyzers, logic analyzers, thermal-control equipment, and other laboratory tools.
  • •Firmware development experience using C or C++, plus scripting experience in Python, Bash, Perl, or Ruby.
  • •Ability to read and debug Verilog or SystemVerilog RTL and correlate firmware behavior with silicon measurements.
