Lead daily store operations and support the store leadership team to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Coach and develop associates, model selling behaviors, and ensure execution across customer engagement, merchandising, and store standards. Monitor KPIs to help teams achieve sales and profit goals, maintain visual merchandising, manage stockroom/inventory flow, and uphold safety and company policies while fostering an inclusive store culture.
