Job Summary

Maintain and repair outdoor POS products and payment terminal devices, ensuring issues are resolved with high quality before delivery. Perform Level 2 repairs including assembly/disassembly, validate merchant/terminal data in the Remedy maintenance system, and handle under-maintenance cases within SLA. Track all maintenance actions, coordinate spare parts and accessories availability, provide periodic achievement reports, and build customer relationships to reach merchants quickly.

Key Responsibilities

•Handle maintenance and solve machine problems for POS products to ensure timely resolution.
•Test devices thoroughly and ensure issues are resolved with high quality before delivery.
•Manage under-maintenance cases within SLA to support customer satisfaction.
•Perform Level 2 repair activities for payment terminals and related devices, including assembly and disassembly.
•Record maintenance actions in the Remedy maintenance system and provide periodic achievement reports to the direct manager.

Key Requirements

•University graduate.
•0–2 years’ experience in any related field.
•Very good understanding of the system and how POS works, including identifying errors.
•Ownership, taking initiative, continuous learning, and customer-centricity.
•Very good understanding of POS and required business knowledge.
