Sales Center Manager

Lead daily operations of a sales center to grow revenue, profitability, market share, and customer/employee satisfaction. Own local market assessment, forecasting, financial planning (budget and P&L), and multi-channel sales management across inside/outside efforts. Hire, train, and manage sales center personnel, oversee accounts receivable and credit/collections, and partner with operations on inventory targets, compliance, and facilities to ensure safe, effective execution.
