Key Responsibilities

  • •Own preparation, review, and filing of SEC reports (10-K, 10-Q, 8-K) and proxy statements, ensuring compliance with SEC rules and GAAP.
  • •Manage the quarterly and annual close and external reporting calendar, coordinating with Legal, Investor Relations, and external auditors.
  • •Set and maintain global technical accounting policies and research complex/emerging transactions (e.g., revenue recognition, CECL, business combinations).
  • •Own sustainability/ESG reporting, including data governance, controls, and disclosures aligned to evolving regulatory frameworks (e.g., SEC climate, CSRD, ISSB/IFRS S1 & S2, GRI).
  • •Oversee consolidated balance sheet, income statement, and cash flow preparation and build/mentor a high-performing global accounting organization.

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • •Active CPA license.
  • •12+ years of progressive accounting/finance experience, including significant time in public accounting (Big 4 preferred) and public company corporate accounting/reporting.
  • •Deep expertise in US GAAP and SEC reporting requirements, with public company reporting experience.
  • •Experience partnering with Investor Relations and supporting external communications, with ESG/sustainability reporting program experience.
