Trial Attorney PIP & BI/UM

Represent USAA members and insured clients in Property & Casualty personal injury matters, managing a caseload from arbitration through trial and potential appeal. Prepare legal pleadings, motions, and trial briefs; conduct settlement negotiations with plaintiffs’ attorneys; and provide legal advice and litigation strategy to claims teams. Stay current on applicable statutes and case law, support process changes through training, and travel as needed for hearings and trials.
