Job Summary

Drive personal sales and productivity goals while delivering Coach service that consistently meets or exceeds customer expectations. Serve as a brand ambassador on the sales floor, model trained sales behaviors including omni-channel and virtual selling, and maintain high energy. Work with multiple customers at once, understand fashion trends and competition, and contribute to store performance and team culture. Support customer data acquisition through brand marketing and clienteling communications, including social selling and live stream shopping.

Key Responsibilities

•Meet personal sales and productivity goals while understanding how individual performance impacts the store.
•Represent Coach to consumers and behave like a brand ambassador across the sales floor.
•Model sales behaviors from company training programs, including omni-channel sales and virtual selling services.
•Consistently anticipate customer needs and service all customers to Coach Experience standards.
•Participate as a team member to exceed performance standards and champion initiatives through outstanding customer service, including customer data acquisition and clienteling communications.

Key Requirements

•Previous management experience in a luxury retail service environment is preferable; a combination of education and experience will be considered.
•Strong fashion trend knowledge and awareness of marketplace competition.
•Experience with POS operation and basic computer proficiency (iPad/laptop, Mobile POS), plus ability to read price/release sheets.
•Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team (oral and written) and work around the sales floor and stockroom lifting/climbing requirements.
•Strong English language proficiency and willingness to work a flexible schedule including weekends and public holidays.
