Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop Screening Operations staff through effective training delivery to ensure highly effective, motivated, and committed staff to add value to the business.
  • •Support content development and continuous learning Global initiatives across various curriculums.
  • •Support cross-site business growth through effective, timely learning interventions.
  • •Provide accreditation opportunities for the training team members, and support constant improvement.
  • •Share knowledge and experiences with colleagues and business partners by providing guidance on training initiatives, implementing Training Operating Plan/Annual Calendar, and delivering high-quality, customer-driven solutions.

Key Requirements

  • •Strong Payments knowledge and experience in Payments/Sanctions Screening investigations.
  • •Minimum 3-6 years of training experience in Learning & Development/Training environments, preferably in Screening Operations.
  • •Background in Learning & Development/Training, with ability to develop content for multiple curricula.
  • •Experience in managing Screening Operations, especially payment screening training programs, is an added advantage.
  • •Excellent communication, presentation, planning and organizational skills with ability to work across multiple sites and manage resources in a matrix environment.
