Key Responsibilities

•Provide exclusive attention to fans, helping them find the perfect piece while maintaining Pandora’s sales standards
•Collaborate with the Shop Manager and colleagues in daily store activities
•Maintain store image and organize products for optimal presentation
•Assist with visual merchandising and stock replenishment to ensure clean, inviting displays
•Support cash handling and POS operations with accuracy and efficiency

Key Requirements

•Must be autonomous in daily store operations (restocking, organization, Visual Merchandising, cash handling)
•Strong storytelling skills and ability to convey Pandora’s story to fans
•Good level of English and proficiency with Office and basic IT tools
•Excellent customer service and teamwork attitude
•Detail-oriented with a passion for brand image and in-store presentation
