Own end-to-end design for Asana product and feature experiences, with a focus on billing-owner workflows. Partner closely with Engineering, Product, Experience Research, and Data Science to identify customer problems, set vision and strategy, and design cohesive solutions. Raise the quality bar, evolve the payment design system, and apply human-centered problem solving from inception through post-launch iteration.
