Key Responsibilities

•Lead a team of store employees and managers to create an exceptional in-store shopping experience.
•Drive sales growth and exceed performance targets in sales, customer service, and product/brand presentation.
•Use analytical thinking and company reports to identify in-store opportunities and support team strategic decisions.
•Ensure visual merchandising, product flow, replenishment, and operational standards are executed correctly.
•Manage daily retail operations including POS system usage, inventory replenishment, seasonal pricing/discount processes, loyalty promotion, store cleanliness/restore standards, and asset protection procedures.

Key Requirements

•Be at least 18 years old.
•Have 3 to 4 years of retail work experience; store manager experience is preferred.

•Be able to succeed in a fast-paced, high-growth retail environment with flexible working hours (nights, weekends, holidays).
