Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain, install, repair, troubleshoot, and improve facility and production equipment.
  • •Minimize downtime and ensure equipment reliability to support production operations.
  • •Complete preventive maintenance (PM) activities and corrective repairs, including inspections, rebuilds, calibrations, and adjustments.
  • •Troubleshoot electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic, and control systems using schematics, ladder logic, and technical documentation; perform NEC-compliant electrical work.
  • •Perform planned and unplanned maintenance in the CMMS, conduct RCA/BDA, and support predictive maintenance and safety/GMP compliance.

Key Requirements

  • •Working knowledge of industrial control systems, PLCs, and relay logic.
  • •Demonstrated experience troubleshooting electrical, mechanical, and electronic systems.
  • •Ability to read and interpret technical documentation (e.g., electrical schematics, blueprints, P&IDs, pneumatic/hydraulic diagrams) and OEM manuals.
  • •Experience using electrical testing and diagnostic tools.
  • •Ability to work all shifts, weekends, and some holidays as required; valid driver’s license and ability to obtain forklift/aerial lift certifications.
