Key Responsibilities

  • •Drive a Zero Incident Safety Culture and align department requirements with Eaton’s Quality Management System.
  • •Manage department operations by prioritizing production and material requirements to meet on-time delivery.
  • •Execute Eaton’s Continuous Improvement Framework (CIF) by ensuring standardized processes are followed and implementing countermeasures.
  • •Develop direct reports through cross-training, facilitate cooperation across shifts, and provide employee coaching on safety, quality, and productivity.
  • •Lead daily accountability and weekly department meetings, maintain demand/production/overdue metrics, and communicate warehouse/material availability to management.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 99,000 - 145,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree (or, in lieu of degree, a high school diploma) plus 5+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics or supply chain roles in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Minimum 1+ years of experience in warehouse/logistics or supply chain roles in a manufacturing environment.
  • •Legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship now and in the future.
  • •Must live within a 50-mile radius of the Santa Ana, CA facility (no relocation offered).
  • •Preferred: experience managing warehouse, materials, supply chain, or logistics operations.
