Job Function: Procurement & Sourcing

Key Responsibilities

•Serve as the primary P2P point of contact, handling escalations, exceptions, and daily operational queries from stakeholders and suppliers
•Resolve blocked invoices, urgent payment issues, GR/IR discrepancies, and ensure timely procurement and delivery of goods/services
•Lead P2P operational meetings, support requisitioners, and deliver process trainings for budget holders and controllers
•Handle vendor and internal customer tickets, support supplier calls, and coordinate vendor verification processes
•Drive process optimization by performing root‑cause analysis, identifying bottlenecks, and supporting workflow standardization

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience in shared services or operations
•Minimum 5 years of P2P or shared services experience, preferably with stakeholder‑facing responsibilities
•Knowledge of procurement systems such as SAP and Ariba, and analytics tools like Celonis, Sievo, or Tableau
•Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, able to handle escalations and provide clear guidance
•Ability to apply continuous improvement concepts (Lean, Six Sigma, Agile) to enhance P2P processes
