Job Summary

Support the Food & Beverage Head of Department by overseeing outlet operations and stepping in for leadership in their absence. Help prepare and consolidate annual departmental budgets and monthly income statements, attend performance meetings, and contribute to departmental operations manuals. Manage consolidated OS&E inventory with Stewarding, run daily briefings and meetings, and support product sourcing and supplier relationships to continuously improve quality.

Key Responsibilities

•Oversee the operations of appointed Food & Beverage outlets, and assist/lead in the absence of the Food & Beverage Head of Department.
•Assist in preparing and consolidating the yearly departmental budget; prepare monthly income statements and attend monthly performance meetings with outlet management.
•Manage consolidated Food & Beverage department OS&E inventory together with the Stewarding department.
•Conduct daily operations briefings with the Executive Chef and attend or conduct daily/weekly Food & Beverage meetings as needed.
•Review and update departmental operations manuals annually; support product sourcing, quality improvement, supplier partnerships, and internal/external product communication.
