Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide leadership for warehouse strategy, policies, procedures, and error-free shipments.
  • •Manage ASRS operations and ensure proper stock management using ASRS.
  • •Lead fiscal affairs, SOX-compliant controls, warehouse budgeting, and import/export reporting with customs.
  • •Oversee new bonded and external warehouse initiatives and warehouse integration activities.
  • •Supervise warehouse staff and team leads, run meetings and communications, and drive performance management and process stewardship.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Manufacturing Operations Management, or a related field.
  • •5–10 years of experience in warehouse operations, including ASRS management, warehouse/inventory control, and order fulfillment/operations management.
  • •Experience leading warehouse logistics and cross-functional execution with procurement, business operations, finance, and logistics teams.
  • •Ability to manage fiscal affairs and ensure controls are in place to meet SOX compliance requirements.
  • •Experience with import/export reporting with customs and leading bonded/external warehouse initiatives.
