Key Responsibilities

  • •Act as the focal point/technical authority across multiple mineral processing projects.
  • •Provide in-depth technical knowledge of process plant development, design, and operation for minerals and metals.
  • •Lead technical reviews across Concept, Pre-FEED, FEED, and Detailed Design, including independent design assurance and peer reviews.
  • •Resolve complex engineering challenges and provide specialist guidance, communicating process requirements to study/project/proposal teams.
  • •Support proposals, client workshops, business development, and mentor young engineers while developing engineering standards and best practices.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's Degree in a relevant Engineering (Process / Chemical / Minerals) discipline.
  • •20+ years of experience in Mining and Minerals with energy transition metals and/or base metals or industrial projects.
  • •Proven experience as a Technical Authority, Chief Engineer, Principal Consultant, Engineering Fellow, or equivalent.
  • •In-depth technical knowledge of hydrometallurgical processing unit operations such as leaching, precipitation, solvent extraction, ion exchange, and electrowinning.
  • •Preferred: Chartered Engineer/Professional Engineer status.
