Key Responsibilities

  • •Provide technical and operational support to facilities teams across multiple communities
  • •Ensure consistent execution of preventative maintenance programs, work orders, unit turns, and repair/maintenance activities
  • •Conduct regular property visits, inspections, and operational audits to verify compliance with company standards
  • •Monitor and troubleshoot critical building systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing, elevators, generators, access control, fire & life safety) and support major issue remediation
  • •Manage vendor and contract relationships, review vendor performance and compliance, and support budgeting, forecasting, and capital planning

Key Requirements

  • •5+ years of facilities, engineering, or maintenance leadership experience within multifamily, hospitality, commercial real estate, or a related industry
  • •Experience overseeing operations across multiple properties or locations
  • •Strong knowledge of HVAC, electrical, plumbing, mechanical systems, elevators, and fire & life safety systems
  • •Working knowledge of OSHA regulations, EPA requirements, and NFPA codes
  • •Experience managing third-party vendors and service contracts with strong financial acumen managing budgets and maintenance expenditures
