Key Responsibilities

•Own Planning Excellence Strategy and Roadmap: Define and drive the long-term vision for Planning Excellence, including tools, reporting infrastructure, and process optimization initiatives; manage cross-functional roadmaps in partnership with tech teams; establish scalable frameworks for planning metrics and reporting cadences across the network.
•Lead Data-Driven Decision Making: Translate complex data into actionable insights for senior leadership; oversee development of reporting and analytics outputs that drive real-time visibility and proactive decision-making; identify trends and opportunities to influence business decisions.
•Build Scalable Data Solutions: Oversee development of planning tools, datasets, and systems; drive evolution from static reporting to dynamic platforms; partner with tech teams to advance automation, analytics, and ML applications.
•Lead Cross-Functional Alignment: Act as the primary lead for Planning Excellence across Planning, Operations, Supply Chain, and Tech; ensure data definitions and processes are consistent across the network.
•Develop & Lead a High-Performing Team: Manage and develop analysts and managers; foster ownership, accountability, and growth; distribute work effectively across tools, projects, and strategic initiatives.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 127,890 - 147,900 annually
