Key Responsibilities

  • •Partner with ABS leadership to define the vision, priorities, and roadmap for business model redesign, including benchmarks and value realization targets.
  • •Lead end-to-end operating model design covering capabilities, structures, governance, and decision rights, translating strategy into scalable enterprise-wide solutions.
  • •Apply structured consulting methodologies (problem framing, analytical reasoning, benchmarking, arguments) to inform decision-making.
  • •Orchestrate implementation across multiple workstreams, including pilots, scaling, governance setup, and alignment with regional and business needs.
  • •Build trusted executive relationships to shape the transformation narrative and enable effective governance, communication, and change adoption.

Key Requirements

  • •Proven experience in management consulting or internal consulting/strategy roles, leading complex multi-workstream transformation programs in global, matrixed organizations.
  • •Deep expertise in operating model development, process re-engineering, and organizational build, connecting strategy to execution.
  • •Strong collaborator management and influencing skills with senior leadership and executive-level audiences.
  • •Excellent analytical thinking and problem-solving, working confidently with data, financials, and performance metrics.
  • •Strong communication skills and a growth mindset, with ability to use digital tools such as MS Office, project tools, and emerging AI solutions to improve impact and collaboration.
