Key Responsibilities

  • •Maintain ownership of test activities in production and ensure the production test flow.
  • •Troubleshoot complex electrical issues during testing and resolve non-conforming hardware issues.
  • •Sustain and improve test capabilities across the manufacturing value stream, from system-level checkouts to component-level validation.
  • •Improve existing test systems to increase automation, consistency, total cycle time, and test coverage; execute testing as required.
  • •Generate test work instructions for technician teams in MES; train technicians and maintain/calibrate test equipment.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronics, Computer, Mechanical Engineering, or related fields.
  • •5+ years of relevant industry experience focused on manufacturing test and product sustainment.
  • •Familiarity with Linux, Ubuntu, LabVIEW, and NixOS.
  • •Experience testing PCBA/electronic assemblies, including thorough knowledge of PCBA testing standards and methods.
  • •Eligible to obtain and maintain an active U.S. Secret security clearance.
