Work within the Global Interchange Compliance team to help ensure proper interchange levels are paid and received globally. Monitor interchange assessment factors and present findings to management, analyze potential interchange processing issues that could affect clients and Visa, and develop KPIs and dashboards for data-driven decisions. Support interchange compliance, pricing strategy, and corporate initiatives while maintaining knowledge of Visa interchange programs worldwide.

•Support project streams related to interchange compliance, pricing strategy, and broader corporate initiatives across regional and functional areas.
•Continuously monitor key factors driving interchange assessment and present periodic findings to management.
•Identify and analyze potential interchange processing issues that may result in financial impact to clients or Visa.
•Develop and maintain KPIs/dashboards to enable data-driven decision making.
•Stay current on industry and client trends and maintain working knowledge of Visa interchange programs globally to keep monitoring processes effective.

Key Requirements

•2+ years of work experience in software development, pricing analysis, corporate strategy, investment banking, or FP&A.
•Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Statistics, MIS, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
•SQL proficiency with hands-on experience working with large datasets and building BI tools (e.g., Salesforce Reporting, PowerBI, Tableau).
•Working knowledge of programming languages including Python, Java, or VB.net.
•Experience with automated version control (e.g., GitHub, Bitbucket) and strong analytical/problem-solving skills for financial or statistical modeling.
