Key Responsibilities

  • •Develop and maintain LLM-powered GenAI applications, including RAG, enterprise search, and agentic workflows with tool use and orchestration.
  • •Design and implement AI-augmented development workflows using agentic coding tools and LLM-based code generation, including review and validation of AI-generated output.
  • •Build and manage AI-first data pipelines on Azure and Databricks, including unstructured data processing, embeddings, and vector indexing.
  • •Continuously evaluate and optimize AI solutions for accuracy, groundedness, and latency, and iterate using user feedback.
  • •Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable AI and analytics solutions while ensuring data privacy, security, and responsible AI standards.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years in data science or a related field with hands-on experience deploying GenAI solutions in enterprise environments.
  • •Hands-on experience with Azure (including Azure AI Foundry) and Databricks, plus PySpark.
  • •Strong knowledge of LLMs, RAG architectures, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.
  • •Proficiency in Python, including working with structured and unstructured data.
  • •Experience with agentic coding tools (e.g., GitHub Copilot or Claude Code) and modern software development practices (Git, CI/CD).
