Job Summary

Senior ERISA/Defined Contribution retirement sales role in Allianz Employer Markets, covering the Southern US. •Build ERISA Specialist Advisory relationships and sell to Specialist ERISA Financial Advisors within the assigned territory through face-to-face, phone and video wholesaling, including value-add activities such as continuing education and retirement strategy presentations.
•Time and Territory Management: segment advisors, create territory zones and rotations, and manage administrative responsibilities for efficient activity.
•Develop product knowledge and stay current on retirement income strategies, leveraging internal resources and industry designations.
•Utilize artificial intelligence tools and resources (e.g., generative AI) to support sales and client engagement.
•Meet DCIO sales goals by distributing Allianz Lifetime Income + and other in-plan annuity products through strategic partners.

Travel: High travel
