Key Responsibilities

•Develop and maintain a clear investment thesis aligned with company strategy and public disclosures.
•Execute the investor relations plan, including messaging, materials, and engagement activities with institutional investors and analysts.
•Prepare investor presentations, earnings materials, and external communications; articulate key value drivers and risk factors.
•Coordinate cross-functional inputs from Finance, Legal, and Strategy to ensure alignment and strong disclosure discipline.
•Support corporate development initiatives, including M&A evaluation, strategic analysis, and materials preparation.

Travel: Low travel

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 140,000 - 175,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree or above in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
•At least 5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Equity Research, or related field

•Demonstrated experience supporting executive leadership and Board-level communications
•CPA, CFA, MBA or equivalent experience preferred
