Key Requirements

  • •19+ years of relevant post-graduate experience in a built-environment field of study (Honours degree).
  • •20+ years of relevant post-graduate experience in a built-environment field of study (B-Tech degree).
  • •Experience managing hyperscale data center design delivery from master planning through detailed design and construction documentation.
  • •Registration as PrEng (ECSA) or PrArch (SACAP) or PrCPM (SACPCMP), OR certification as PMP/PgMP/PfMP/PMI-SP/PMI-ACP.
  • •Tertiary qualification in a Project Management-related field (e.g., procurement, quantity surveying, engineering, architecture, planning, contracting).
