Lead the technical delivery of hyperscale data center projects in Romania, overseeing the design process from master planning through detailed design and construction documentation. Advise local management on project/design management strategies, audit deliverables, and perform expert reviews for high-risk proposals. Serve as Project Manager/Design Manager on complex projects, manage multidisciplinary design teams, and support business development through bids, proposals, and client relationship management.

•Oversee technical delivery of hyperscale data center projects, managing design from master planning through detailed design and construction documentation.
•Advise on and audit project/design management activities to prevent rework and ensure adherence to corporate standards.
•Act as Project Manager/Design Manager on large or complex projects, including data centers, and drive financial responsibility.
•Perform independent expert reviews of high-risk proposals and deliverables, ensuring HSE, QA, and QC compliance.
•Lead multidisciplinary design team coordination and support business development through major bids and proposals with clients.

Key Requirements

•19+ years of relevant post-graduate experience in a built-environment field of study (Honours degree).
•20+ years of relevant post-graduate experience in a built-environment field of study (B-Tech degree).
•Experience managing hyperscale data center design delivery from master planning through detailed design and construction documentation.
•Registration as PrEng (ECSA) or PrArch (SACAP) or PrCPM (SACPCMP), OR certification as PMP/PgMP/PfMP/PMI-SP/PMI-ACP.
•Tertiary qualification in a Project Management-related field (e.g., procurement, quantity surveying, engineering, architecture, planning, contracting).
