Key Responsibilities

•Resolve inquiries related to Aon Client Services (ACS) service delivery and assist with more complex client projects.
•Identify and retrieve compliance documentation for renewals, invoices, surplus lines filings, and other ACS deliverables.
•Support renewal initiation, invoicing, auto IDs, surplus lines, and endorsements; address premium account discrepancies and vehicle suspensions.
•Mentor and assist junior staff with complex account functions and collaborate with field offices to meet timelines.
•Ensure accuracy of records in Bridge & Broker Desktop and manage documents in the Document Management System; support pre-renewal reviews and client visits.
