Job Summary

Design, build, and deploy applied AI and GenAI solutions for enterprise clients across the Middle East & Africa region. Own the full lifecycle from data exploration and model development to production-ready LLM/GenAI deployments. Develop RAG, fine-tuning, and ML evaluation workflows; package solutions as APIs, services, and batch jobs; and apply MLOps/LLMOps practices with Azure-based tooling while collaborating with data, engineering, and client stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

•Design and develop Generative AI solutions, including LLM-based applications.
•Implement prompt engineering, RAG, and fine-tuning; develop and evaluate ML models across supervised, unsupervised, and NLP use cases.
•Optimize model performance, reliability, and cost efficiency for enterprise environments.
•Collaborate with data engineers on ingestion and preparation pipelines for structured/unstructured data sources.
•Package and deploy AI/GenAI solutions into production (APIs, services, batch workflows) using primarily Microsoft Azure and apply MLOps/LLMOps practices for monitoring and continuous improvement.

Key Requirements

•Postgraduate level qualification (Honours or Masters) in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Economics, or a related field.
•Or equivalent practical experience delivering AI or machine learning solutions in enterprise environments.
•Strong proficiency in Python for AI and machine learning development.
•Hands-on experience with ML frameworks such as scikit-learn, PyTorch, or TensorFlow.
•Experience deploying models or AI services into production environments, including GenAI/LLM use cases (e.g., RAG, fine-tuning) and data querying with SQL.
