Job Summary

Own the developer productivity platform for the Terminal team by designing and building tooling and infrastructure that help engineers across mobile, backend, and embedded systems work faster. Improve build, CI/CD, and test automation for SDKs, Android apps, and firmware. Partner with stakeholders to prioritize and integrate solutions, lead projects end-to-end, and mentor others on build, test, and release best practices.

Key Responsibilities

•Design, build, and maintain tools, libraries, and infrastructure to improve developer productivity across mobile, backend, and embedded systems.
•Collaborate with mobile engineers to understand workflows and pain points and turn them into practical solutions.
•Contribute to and improve build, CI/CD, and test automation systems for SDKs, Android apps, and firmware.
•Work with stakeholders to prioritize efforts, balance competing needs, and ensure solutions integrate into existing workflows.
•Own projects end-to-end from problem discovery and design through implementation, rollout, and ongoing operation.

Key Requirements

•BS or MS in Computer Science or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
•6+ years of software engineering experience, including meaningful backend systems experience and Android/mobile or embedded/firmware development.
•Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining production systems or developer tooling.
•Understanding of building scalable, reliable, and observable services, pipelines, or tooling.
•Ability to own projects from design through implementation, rollout, and ongoing support.
