Key Responsibilities

  • •Manage end-to-end coordination of technical projects, including web applications, API integrations, and digital platform implementations.
  • •Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (daily standups, sprint planning, retrospectives, backlog grooming) and create/maintain sprint plans, user stories, and technical documentation.
  • •Serve as the primary liaison between development teams, product owners, editorial teams, and stakeholders.
  • •Track project progress using agile metrics and tools; identify and resolve blockers and maintain sprint tracking in Airtable or similar platforms.
  • •Support QA processes and coordinate deployment schedules, while providing input on feasibility and timelines.

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years of experience in technical project coordination, software development, or a related technical role.
  • •Light coding experience (HTML/JSON, JavaScript, Python, Selenium or similar) and ability to understand technical discussions.
  • •Working knowledge of APIs, webhooks, and technical integration concepts.
  • •Familiarity with Scrum or Agile methodologies and strong organizational skills to manage multiple technical projects.
  • •Proficiency with project management/collaboration tools (Jira, Airtable, Asana, Trello, GitHub or similar) plus excellent written and verbal communication.
