Key Responsibilities

  • •Acquire comprehensive technical knowledge of Honeywell Life Sciences solutions and apply adult learning principles to create engaging learning experiences.
  • •Design, develop, and evaluate learning content for multiple delivery types including instructor-led, eLearning, self-paced, blended, and accreditation.
  • •Lead presentations and coach training facilitators to support effective delivery of customer education.
  • •Proactively manage documentation for Honeywell Life Sciences products and third-party tools for customer-facing and internal enablement.
  • •Collaborate with teams and support multiple projects/programs simultaneously while meeting deadlines and deliverables.
Travel: Low travel

Key Requirements

  • •3+ years instructional design experience using the ADDIE model or other established instructional design models.
  • •3+ years content development experience including vILT and web-based eLearning.
  • •Bachelor's degree.
  • •Experience in software training development, including hands-on lab environments, and eLearning authoring/multimedia tools (preferably Articulate 360 and TechSmith).
  • •Experience with Salesforce and/or Amazon Web Services and working knowledge of Quality Management Systems.
