Key Responsibilities

  • •Support contract drafting and completion with the Legal team, maintaining contract execution through liaison with end-users.
  • •Build and maintain a comprehensive contracts database by retrieving contracts and historical records.
  • •Establish and negotiate contract terms and conditions; prepare and issue service agreements, subcontracts, purchase orders, and contracts.
  • •Manage procurement operations on Oracle, including market research, budgeting, estimating, and cross-functional coordination to achieve lowest total cost.
  • •Lead tendering and evaluation activities from requirement identification through negotiation, bid assessment, techno-commercial bid evaluations, and contract award.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Commerce, Economics, or related field (or Bachelor/College of Engineering).
  • •Certifications like CPP and CIPS are an added advantage.
  • •Proficient in Oracle and/or Cerner.
  • •Minimum 2 years in Procurement, Contracts and Tendering (preferred).
  • •Knowledge of local suppliers, brands, and strong negotiation skills.
