•Drive sustained annual growth through targeted market strategies, key client engagement, and leadership of priority pursuits.
•Represent AECOM externally through industry leadership roles, conference presentations, thought leadership, and professional organizations.
•Enhance AECOM’s reputation through participation in key industry events, client forums, and strategic engagements.
•Work with global business lines and regional leadership to identify new business opportunities and develop solutions.
•Accountable for overall financial success and delivery of Program Management services in the region, including identifying high-risk areas and taking corrective action.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 275,000 - 300,000 annually

Key Requirements

•BA/BS plus 12 years of relevant experience (or equivalent), including 4 years of leadership experience.
•Experience in business development across market sectors including healthcare, education, and municipal/state government.
•Growth experience with significant PMCM and Program Management awards.
•Demonstrated experience managing P&L responsibility, including revenue growth, margin, utilization, and operational performance.
•Experience leading or supporting pursuits, contract negotiations, and service initiation for program/project/construction management awards.
