Key Responsibilities

  • •Greet patients and provide first-level support by answering questions, checking patients in/out, and collecting and processing payments.
  • •Schedule and confirm appointments, including placing outbound calls to current and former patients for follow-up hearing tests and consultations.
  • •Verify insurance benefits and authorization details and collect/maintain patient intake forms and patient files/notes.
  • •Process repairs under the direct supervision of a licensed Hearing Care Professional and complete patient orders, including verifying pick-ups and inputting information into the system.
  • •Maintain clinic equipment, manage inventory/stock, submit supply and facility/equipment requests, and assist with at least one community outreach event per month.

Key Requirements
