Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day execution of Foundry service programs, ensuring governance, operational discipline, and performance management.
  • •Own service metrics, data quality, dashboards, and business-value reporting for operational and executive reviews.
  • •Partner with Manufacturing, Engineering, Finance, Automation, and Business Operations to ensure accurate service tracking and value realization.
  • •Lead New Product Introduction/Integration, factory startup, and process transfer activities across development and manufacturing organizations.
  • •Serve as SPOC for assigned programs, driving stakeholder alignment, risk management, and issue resolution through readiness to ramp in ATM.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Business, or a related technical field.
  • •5+ years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, engineering, manufacturing operations, business operations, or program management.
  • •Strong analytical, problem-solving, reporting, and stakeholder management skills.
  • •Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and drive execution in a complex manufacturing environment.
  • •Preferred: Experience with Foundry/OSAT, NPI, factory operations, and KPI dashboards/business analytics.
