VP of Engineering

Lead and grow the engineering team of 7 direct reports as a hands-on engineering leader. Own the technical roadmap and engineering execution, establish high-performing team processes (progress tracking, performance reviews), and set engineering QA standards. Serve as a key voice in senior leadership while collaborating cross-functionally to evolve the platform—while staying close to the work and mentoring engineers to build velocity using AI, RAG, search, and information retrieval systems.
