Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead a multi-disciplinary engineering team modifying high-power three-phase UPS product designs to meet customer requirements and international safety standards.
  • •Manage daily engineering resources across Engineer-to-Order projects, maintain engineering accountability, and drive functional excellence to ensure design requirements are met.
  • •Provide coaching and performance reviews for direct reports, and support objectives, competencies, and development plans.
  • •Translate voice-of-customer input into actionable requirements and roadmap direction for UPS and connected/automation platforms (SCADA/HMI/PLC), balancing reliability and lifecycle cost.
  • •Partner with Sales and Product Management on consultative solutioning and serve as an escalation point bridging engineering and field/service teams for controls/SCADA/HMI topics.

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Engineering from an accredited institution.
  • •Minimum two (2) years of engineering management/team lead/project management experience.
  • •Minimum five (5) years of experience in design engineering, manufacturing, industrial, or quality roles.
  • •Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
  • •Strong leadership and communication skills to mentor engineers and convey technical concepts to stakeholders.
