Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead day-to-day management, vision, values, and leadership for the electrical team.
  • •Develop and implement strategic initiatives across the team and wider business, partnering with directors and senior leadership.
  • •Manage budgets, meet monthly and annual targets at team level, support MEP budget planning, and improve performance through forecasting.
  • •Oversee team performance including work pipeline, finance, and operational management.
  • •Serve as the key point of contact for clients and build relationships to secure commissions and new commissions across the UK and EMEA.

Key Requirements

  • •Chartership through CIBSE/IET or be open to working towards it.
  • •Deep expertise in electrical systems, including power distribution, power generation, critical backup systems, and power/energy management for data centres.

  • •Strong project management capability to oversee planning, execution, delivery timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
  • •Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and collaborate across cross-functional teams.
