Key Responsibilities

•Talent & Development: Support performance management processes (cycles, tracking, reporting) and consolidate/analyze talent information for regional reports; assist in organizational development and culture initiatives
•Capacitación & Learning: Coordinate training activities (logistics, invites, follow-up) and monitor training indicators (hours, participation, compliance)
•Employee Engagement: Participate in analysis of results and action plan follow-up; coordinate organizational culture initiatives and internal communications
•Proyectos Regionales: Support LATAM HR projects (e.g., diversity & inclusion, leadership, change management); prepare presentations and executive reports (PowerPoint, dashboards); collaborate with HR teams across the region
•Soporte Analítico: Consolidate databases and generate Excel/Power BI reports; assist in tracking Talent & Development KPIs; ensure data quality and consistency
