Key Responsibilities

  • •Own quantitative models and production infrastructure powering how FX risk is managed in real time.
  • •Implement quantitative work in Python from research or prototype through reliable production use.
  • •Validate models/services via backtesting and monitoring against realised outcomes, accounting for performance drift.
  • •Handle deployment, incident response, root-cause analysis, and continuous improvement with stakeholders.
  • •Build and maintain shared quant libraries and operational excellence (monitoring, alerting, reliability, CI/CD pipelines).

Key Requirements

  • •4+ years of relevant quantitative or engineering experience with strong Python development skills.
  • •Quantitative background (maths, physics, engineering, or finance) to read models and reason about correctness.
  • •Ability to take quantitative work into production and own ongoing validation, monitoring, and improvement.
  • •For the Researcher track: design quantitative models for pricing, forecasting, risk, or trading and translate open-ended problems into models.
  • •For the Developer track: strong experience with microservices, databases, and production infrastructure for real-time data and event-driven systems.
