Key Responsibilities

  • •Assist in organizing external events end-to-end, including planning, briefings, logistics, budget tracking, and execution.
  • •Act as go-to support for event “run” tasks, sourcing, and project troubleshooting.
  • •Contribute to creating post-event reports, wrap-ups, and learnings.
  • •Help produce low-budget brand content and goodies in-house without agency support.
  • •Handle shipping logistics, coordination, and production tasks for low-budget productions and activations.

Key Requirements

  • •Assist in event production and operations with strong organization and attention to detail.
  • •Be adaptable, proactive, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
  • •Have strong written and spoken proficiency in both French and English.
  • •Be enrolled in a work-study program in a French school (contrat d’alternance / d’apprentissage).
  • •An internship/work-study background in event management or as a production assistant is a plus.
