Job Summary

Drive execution of the STRM-NES technical program by aligning business priorities, security priorities, and technical strategy across engineering, product, and stakeholders. Own end-to-end delivery for large cross-functional initiatives: roadmap planning, milestone execution, dependency and risk management, and program health monitoring. Embed testability, observability, and operational readiness into releases, coordinate launch and post-launch stability, and provide mentorship to junior TPMs.

•Monitor program health via metrics, dashboards, and regular status reviews; ensure high-quality releases with testability and operational readiness.
•Coordinate release readiness, launch, post-launch monitoring, and resolution of anomalies impacting system or program performance.
•Provide cross-functional leadership and mentorship, facilitating governance forums and improving program management practices through continuous improvement.

Salary: USD 96,000 - 163,000 annually
