Key Responsibilities

  • •Own the Salesforce platform end to end—health, security, reliability, and lifecycle—as an internal asset for product squads.
  • •Lead a dedicated platform squad and own/prioritise its backlog for platform health, reusable components, and enablement.
  • •Build and maintain reusable components, shared services, and global configurations to help other squads deliver faster and more consistently.
  • •Set guardrails including standards, patterns, access, and security controls to keep the platform secure, scalable, and maintainable.
  • •Manage Salesforce release cycles and global configuration, overseeing dependencies and acting as escalation point for high-priority incidents.

Key Requirements

  • •Typically 7–10 years in platform, systems or technology management roles.
  • •Hands-on experience with Salesforce (must-have), ideally Service Cloud and/or Sales Cloud.
  • •Demonstrated experience managing vendors and/or working in a hybrid delivery environment.
  • •Experience delivering platform outcomes within regulated environments with strict cyber security standards.
  • •Experience owning and prioritising platform backlogs and applying governance, standards, guardrails and approved configuration patterns.
