Key Responsibilities

  • •Lead interdisciplinary teams in design and construction execution.
  • •Manage and coordinate scope, schedule, and budget across the project lifecycle.
  • •Review contracts, prepare fee proposals, and support business development activities.
  • •Coordinate internal resources and subconsultants; ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery.
  • •Monitor risk, project performance, and maintain project documentation; escalate issues as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

  • •Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering with 4+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency.
  • •8+ years of progressively responsible experience in Architecture or Engineering leading multidisciplinary teams on business development and project deliverables (preferred).
  • •4+ years of Project Management experience in Sports Venues.
  • •Experience in implementing design quality assurance and quality control activities.
  • •Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to work with senior management and professionals across offices.
