Key Responsibilities

•Lead interdisciplinary teams in design and construction execution.
•Manage and coordinate scope, schedule, and budget across the project lifecycle.
•Review contracts, prepare fee proposals, and support business development activities.
•Coordinate internal resources and subconsultants; ensure on-time, in-scope, and within-budget delivery.
•Monitor risk, project performance, and maintain project documentation; escalate issues as needed.

Pay and Benefits

Salary: USD 120,000 - 150,000 annually

Key Requirements

•Bachelor’s degree in Architecture or Engineering with 4+ years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency.
•8+ years of progressively responsible experience in Architecture or Engineering leading multidisciplinary teams on business development and project deliverables (preferred).
•4+ years of Project Management experience in Sports Venues.
•Experience in implementing design quality assurance and quality control activities.
•Excellent interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to work with senior management and professionals across offices.
