Key Responsibilities

  • •Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications while restoring services on time and adhering to SLAs.
  • •Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and drive corrective actions.
  • •Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; execute maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades with coordination from vendors and internal teams.
  • •Assess, implement, and validate application changes (configurations, patches, upgrades) through controlled release processes including impact analysis and rollback planning.
  • •Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors; maintain runbooks/knowledge articles and ensure compliance and audit documentation (e.g., HIPAA, security, data privacy).

  • •Perform incident and problem management, including investigating and resolving L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications and completing root cause analysis for recurring issues.
  • •Monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
