Key Responsibilities

•Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications while restoring services on time and adhering to SLAs.
•Perform root cause analysis for recurring issues and drive corrective actions.
•Proactively monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; execute maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades with coordination from vendors and internal teams.
•Assess, implement, and validate application changes (configurations, patches, upgrades) through controlled release processes including impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Act as a liaison between business users, IT teams, and third-party vendors; maintain runbooks/knowledge articles and ensure compliance and audit documentation (e.g., HIPAA, security, data privacy).

Key Requirements

•4–8 years of experience in application support/maintenance with strong healthcare provider domain knowledge, including hospital workflows.
•Perform incident and problem management, including investigating and resolving L2/L3 incidents for COTS healthcare applications and completing root cause analysis for recurring issues.
•Monitor application health, interfaces, and batch jobs; perform maintenance, patch validation, and upgrades in coordination with vendors and internal teams.
•Support change and release activities, including assessing/validating configurations, patches, and upgrades with impact analysis and rollback planning.
•Demonstrate knowledge of nursing workflows and systems, including nursing decision tools and reference/evidence-based content for point-of-care access.
