•Manage end-to-end KM projects within fast-paced corporate AI rollouts.
•Collaborate with cross-functional partners to implement AI-ready KM strategies and governance.
•Prototype and refine prompt libraries to improve AI-driven knowledge retrieval and discovery.
•Audit and optimize knowledge repositories (e.g., Confluence) to ensure high-quality, current data for AI training.
•Represent KM in cross-department initiatives, driving a “Knowledge First” approach and training/workforce enablement.

Key Requirements

•Minimum of 4–6 years of professional experience in Knowledge Management, Operations, or Data Analysis, with a heavy emphasis on Knowledge Optimisation.
•Hands-on AI tools experience and a deep understanding of KM principles (taxonomies, metadata) powering AI discovery.
•Proven ability to craft and refine prompts to extract high-quality, structured information from AI models.
•Strong understanding of AI Governance, including data lineage, accuracy validation, and risks associated with LLMs.
•Proven track record of managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
